Company Insights

Target companies that are ready to buy.

Companies hiring SDRs need sales tools. Companies that just raised need almost everything. Most lists can't see either. Lead Nexus reads the signals that say a company is ready to buy, so you reach out at the moment that matters.

What you get.

  • Open roles across 12 functions, so you can see exactly who is staffing up.
  • Funding amount, date, type, and the investors behind the round.
  • Employee growth rate, web traffic, and ad spend.
  • App-store presence and ratings, for when the product itself is the signal.

Worked example

Build this list: funded and hiring.

Fresh capital plus an expanding sales team means budget exists and the window is open. Two signals and a seniority filter find the people who hold that budget.

  1. 1 Raised in the last 18 months
  2. 2 3+ open sales roles
  3. 3 Sales leadership, Director and above
32,711
sales leaders with fresh budget
across 1,735 US companies

Counted June 2026. In the workshop, the count updates live as you stack filters.

The signals, in detail.

Each one is a filter. Each filter tells you something a job title never will.

Hiring, by function

Open roles across all 12 functions, so the org chart tells you what they are buying next: a company hiring SDRs is in the market for sales tooling before they know it themselves.

Funding, growth, and product

  • Last round amount, date, and type, plus lead investors, investor count, and total raised to date.
  • Employee growth rate, web traffic, and monthly ad spend, so momentum shows up before the press release.
  • App-store and Play-store presence, ratings, and review counts, for when the product itself is the buying signal.

Signal questions.

Can I filter by funding date or round type?
Yes. Funding is stored as structured fields, so "raised a Series A in the last 12 months" is a filter, not a research project. Amount, date, type, and investors all combine with every other filter.
How fresh are the hiring and funding signals?
Signals refresh on a rolling basis alongside the rest of the database. The point of a timing signal is the window it opens, and a funding round or a hiring push keeps that window open for months, not days.
Do signals apply to the company or the contact?
Signals live at the company level and flow down to every contact there. Filter to companies with the signal, then narrow to the titles and seniority you actually want to reach, all in one search.
